MY STORY
I Used to Be You.
Two years ago, I tried everything — the gym, the salad, the green tea, the lemon water. Nothing worked.
Then, unfortunately for my aunt but fortunately for me, I found the real answer — not because I went looking for it, but because I had no choice.
I’m Ifeoma. I’m 27. My aunt got sick and was diagnosed with diabetes. The doctor told us plainly — if she didn’t learn to eat right, she wouldn’t live. So I had to learn what “eating right” actually means, what food does inside the body, what insulin even is.
And in trying to save my aunt’s life, I found the real secret behind why some women gain weight and can’t lose it — and why some don’t.
